The Grand Jury of New York, it is stated in the Express, have found a true bill of indictment against Thomas Mitchell Drouet, charged with being concerned in the abduction of the French Pirates Marsaud and Raimond. A Bench Warrant was issued and Drouet was arrested, and committed in default of $6000 bail required by the Magistrates.

The Courier states, in a dispatch, that a bill was also found against M. Alphonse De La Flechere. Marshals Lyons and Glechrist are exonerated on the ground that they believed Drouet had a warrant for the arrest of the men.
