May 5. On Saturday last there dined with the Lord Baltimore, at his House in Grovenor-Square, the Lord-Mayor, Thirteen Aldermen, Mr. Recorder, and the Sheriffs of this City: The Dinner and Desert were in the most elegant Taste, and the Company extremely well pleas'd with the Entertainment.

In the Morning there were sent to Lord Baltimore, as a Present from His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, Two large Pieces of new Plate, viz. One a Cup of curious Workmanship, weighing about 150 Ounces, the other a Bread Basket of Filigree Work, and of the like Weight.
