LOUIS FULLER DISCHARGED

Not Evidence Enough Found to Convict Him.

In the municipal court Friday afternoon, Louis Fuller of Stamford who was arrested last week charged with unlawfully breaking and entering a saw mill belonging to Charles Kane, and who was out on $100 bail appeared for a hearing. The evidence was poor and the court discharged him. Upon advice from States attorney Daley of Bennington county he was also discharged from the charge held over him in North Adams of being a fugitive from justice.
