By the Halifax papers to the 31st July, ultimo, we find many illiberal quibs displayed by the Philistinites in that fertile and loyal country--touching the want of government and wealth in these states-- which, with peculiar pleasure, they pronounce proceeds from our proneness to rebellion--and licentiousness of liberty.--The temporary misfortunes of this country manifestly affords exuberant jubilee of heart to those little minded, slanderous vultures in that royal land :-And their prints evince particular virulence and affected ridicule at the joyous manner and hilarity of soul with which the patriots of America celebrate their glorious BIRTH DAY.--Let the foes of this land RECOLLECT that America literally, is but eleven years OLD !!!
