The last advice from Europe, received by Capt. Young on Saturday the 22d inst. via Newry, to the 2d of April, mention very peremptorily, that a triple alliance is finally assented to by our privy council;and concluded between Great-Britain, France and Spain, with a view of securing the balance of power in Europe, which would be subverted by the awful union of the Prussians, Russians and Imperialists. The court of Versailles waited only the return of a courier from Vienna, after which the Majesty of France will declare himself an enemy to that confederacy.
