CONSTANTINOPLE, June 22.

Intelligence of importance was brought here some time since, but not made public till within these few days. The Austrian troops have taken possession of Moldavia, and have made Prince Ypsilanti Hospodar of the Province, prisoner. Among other circumstances it is said that a body of 6000 Turks were cut to pieces. The Porte suspects that the Hospodar was in the interest of the Austrians, and have ordered his wife and children to be shut up in close confinement, after a confiscation of their goods: but report says, that Prince Ypsilanti had taken this precaution to convey large sums to the Vienna Bank, a circumstance not very probable, considering the character he bears here.
