GOV. CULLOM.

His Excellency S. M. Cullom, Governor of Illinois; Hon. John H. Oberly, railway commissioner; W. K. Ackerman, president; and Mr. Welling, auditor of the Illinois Central Railroad, who have been inspecting the jetties, returned to the city yesterday evening. The party will be on 'Change to-day, and will probably take that opportunity to express the satisfaction they derived from their visit, the Governor being particularly enthusiastic in favor of the New Orleans route to Liverpool.
