Full Text

Sunday last was the meanest day ever witnessed at this season of the year in Prescott. The wind rushed frantically from south to north, and no one held up by it was invincible. It went everywhere and covered everything. There must be a screw loose in the weather engine or else God Almighty could not stand to look down calmly upon the wrong practiced by McCormick & Co, in Pima county, and set the sands of the desert in motion to cover up and destroy the scoundrels who employed aliens to vote down the will of the citizens of the Territory. Via mail, we expect to hear of the destruction of that nest of plotters, Tucson.
