Full Text
Mr. Burns, one of the Engineers on the S. & H. V. Railroad, we consider it our duty to say, is the Richard of the Road. His close attention to business as an Engineer, has won for him, the brightest of laurels, and knowing this, as hundreds of our fellow citizens can testify to, he deserves praise for a safe and watchful guardian of life and property. While other papers in the neighborhood of Rail Roads, are daily and weekly recording incidents, in every shape and form, we can boast, under the supervision of a Burns, that our Road holds a claim to the Banner.
