We hear from Vienna by Letters of the 29th of December, that tho' it was resolved the Hereditary Countries should furnish but half the Number of Recruits demanded of them, and give an Equivalent for the other Half in Money; his Imperial Majesty has since changed his Mind, and ordered the States of those Countries to furnish the whole Number of Recruits. This News that the Emperor has more Occasion for Men than Money, which we take to be good News for Christendom, since Men can be much more easily found at any Time than Money.
