Full Text

From Colorado.

Villa Park, Colo., Aug. 12, '96.

To The Editor:—I would like to see a good old republican paper once more. Please send the paper for a few weeks. I am getting so sick of hearing nothing but "Billy" Bryan and free silver I don't know what to do. I haven't seen but three or four good straight republicans in Denver.

Business of all kinds is very dull here at present and will be somewhat so until after election. A great many mines are shutting down until after election; also several smelters in this city and near here.
