Little Rock, April 30.--Patrons calling at the Little Rock postoffice Sunday afternoon walked into the corridor and turned around and walked right out again, and it was a hurried exit at that. The aforesaid patron came out coughing and sneezing, with tears in his eyes, willing to testify someone had turned loose a lot of snuff in the corridors.
It was merely agents of the government fumigating the postal departments in order that all disease germs might be annihilated. This is the first regular fumigation of the postoffice and the officials who came to show how it is done, will start other postoffices of the state in the same direction.
