Several farms are still planting grass. Theron Touchton, A. S. T. and Lamox Cattle Co. are planting coastal bermuda. Pensacola bahia is being planted all across the county.

Farm plans for soil and water conservation are being written this week for C. A. Brinks and Son and the Sweetwater Ranch. Both of these farms have been doing conservation work for a year under an initial plan.

Several farm ponds were renovated for fish last week prior to stocking these ponds with bass and bream this fall. These ponds were checked in the early spring by the fish management division and renovation was recommended.
