NEW YORK, March 9 -- Appointment of Otis E. Finley, Jr., associate director of the National Urban League for education and youth incentives, as a member of the U. S. Labor Department's Advisory Committee on Young Workers, was announced last week.
The appointment is for a two-year term. The federal advisory body is headed presently by Mrs. Clifford N. Jenkins of Roslyn, NY., president of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers.
Its purpose is to examine conditions of opportunity as they relate to full utilization of the nation's youth potentials.
