Full Text

"Our county ticket is composed of able, competent and true men. Let us work unitedly for its complete success. The candidates upon the radical ticket are radical men and support Schenck. They are all in the same boat. The Journal will make desperate efforts to defeat us by reckless representations. Remember its confession that have garbled and falsified an extract from our paper. The officers to be elected this fall control and direct a large amount of county printing. Hence the Journal which has been most gorged with plunder during the excitement of the war, raves wildly at the prospect of being pulled away from the public treasury. Democrats! let us work to pull these leeches from the public teat!"
