Manufacturers of electrical appliances have been ordered to stop production, after May 31, on a long list of articles commonly found in the American home. The order applies to electric toasters, waffle irons, flat irons, roasters, grills, table stoves, portable heaters, food mixers, juice extractors, percolators, dishwashing equipment, dry shavers, hair dryers, permanent wave equipment, hair clippers, cigar and cigaret lighters, and heating units for new electric ranges, water heaters and radiating heaters.
