Becoming suspicious of the actions of a group of people in an automobile parked in the rear of 159 Baker street, about three o'clock Tuesday morning, neighbors summoned Radio Call Officers Tuggle and Thornburg, to do some investigating.

As the police car drove up, the officers saw two men run from the auto. Miss Lucille Turner, who gave her address as 351 West Peachtree Place, who was in the car, was taken into custody. She said that the two men were Harry Johnson and a fellow named Eddie.

Shortly after daylight Johnson showed up and said that the car had been stolen. He was also arrested. The automobile an old Dodge sedan, had license tag No 17639C. There was only one tag in the car.
