SCHOLASTIC CENSUS.

Work of Taking It Begins Tomorrow
—Enumerators Appointed.

Mr. Theodore Vinke, census trustee for the taking of the city's scholastic census, has made the appointment of all enumerators and had them all sworn in this morning preparatory to the commencement of their labors tomorrow morning. There is one enumerator for each ward with the exception of the sixth and seventh, for which there are three enumerators for the two wards. They must visit every house and have their work completed in the month of May. The enumerators are as follows:

Ward 1—Albert Serna.
Ward 2—A. Brown.
Ward 3—Lucian Lacoste.
Ward 4—Phil Heitgen.
Ward 5—Lucian Lacoste.
Wards 6 and 7—Sam Rogers, F. L. Riley, F. C. Kliefoth.
Ward 8—Ed. Gilbeau.
