A letter of protest to the Wayne County Medical Society was made this week by officials of the Detroit Medical Society because of the barring of four Negro physicians from participating in the August 2nd Golf Tournament at the Plum Hollow Country Club.
The four Detroit physicians who were refused entries into the annual golf meet were Drs. A. W. Boddie, L. V. English, R. J. Arrington and H. E. Thornhill.
Dr. English said that one of the officials in charge of the meet was a Dr. Molner, a member of the Board of Health staff. He revealed further that Dr.
