Court Meets.
The Mason Fiscal Court met in regular monthly session at the Court House Tuesday and the following business was transacted:
It
was ordered that the County Treasurer take up and pay off $15,000 of Turnpike bonds out of the Sinking fund by his order on that fund.

The monthly report of the County Health officer was read and ordered filed.
Bids of contractors on work on the Maysville and Lexington turnpike and the Maysville and Mt. Sterling turnpike were opened and the contract was awarded to Roland & Roland. of Covington, Ky., at an approximate cost of $9500. This contract calls for resurfacing and putting in first class condition the two model pikes in the county. The expense of this improvement will be paid by the Kentucky State Roads Department.
