TWO YOUNG HEARTS NOW BEATING AS ONE.

Henry Smith, aged 16 years old, adopted son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Smith, of Richlands, and Miss Hazel Wallace, aged 13 years, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Wallace, of the same town, were married in Bristol last Monday. The bride started to school Monday morning, but as the girl's mother was suspicious she went to school to see if her daughter was there. On finding that she had not arrived at the seat of learning, the mother began making inquiries. She found that the young couple had hired a taxi and gone to Bristol. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace tried to have the couple stopped but were too late. Now the two wee hearts beat as one.
