Cutting with a Knife. An altercation took place on Wednesday night at a German tavern near the Bel-Air Market House, between two men named Hamilton Winn and Asbury Walters, in which the latter was severely cut in several places by a knife in the hands of the former. Winn was promptly arrested by officers League and Gamble, and confined in the Middle District Watch House until yesterday morning when a preliminary examination took place before Justice Kennard. He was released on security for a further hearing, to take place on Saturday morning.
