Extract of a Letter from London, Feb. 26.

All is preparing here for opening the Campaign in Flanders early and vigorously: I hear General St. Clair will succeed Mr. Bland as Quartermaster General. A certain Admiral, (if not more) will soon have his Conduct examined into: And I'm informed, the Trial of the Traitor-Captains Wade and Kirby will be produced, which two Captains were shot aboard their own Ships in Plymouth Sound (by Queen Anne's Command, to whom they had appealed against a Sentence of a Court Martial) and were not allowed to set their Foot into that Country, which they had disgraced by their Cowardice.
