Baptist Ministers Alliance Meets

The Savannah Baptist Ministers Alliance met Tuesday at the Thankful Baptist Church, Rev. H. F. Grant, pastor.

Devotions were conducted by Rev. I. L. Small who read for the day's lesson Ezekiel 37:1-4. Opening prayer was offered by Rev. Wm. K. Miller.

The minutes of the last meeting were read by the secretary, Rev. George W. Carter, which stood the approval of the body.

The Sunday school lesson was explained by Rev. Wm. Daniels from the topic, "Justice and Judgment."

Expressions of vital interest were given by Dr. J. F. Mann of Brunswick, Ga., who spoke on the word "Justice."

Echoes from the National Baptist Convention. Inc. U.S.A., were brought by Rev. E. A. Capers, which was termed the best convention ever held. and the re-election of Dr. Jackson as president.

Rev. A. A. Lewis was received as a member of the Alliance. A motion was offered by Dr. J. F. Mann. seconded by Moderator E. A. Capers. that the Alliance hold sessions at another church for the benefit of all. Church named by Rev. Wm. Daniels was First Evergreen Baptist Church. Rev. E. A. Capers, pastor.

The sermon for the day will be delivered by Rev. E. A. Capers.

All ministers are asked to be present, 12:30, on next Tuesday.

President McMillan. officers and members of the Alliance wish to thank the pastor, officers and members of Thankful Baptist Church for all kindnesses shown in the past.
