The Russian and Prussian Ministers have delivered to the Diet the following propositions on behalf of the dissenters: 1. That they may enjoy the publick exercise of their religion in Poland. 2. That they may be admitted to honours and dignities. 3. That a bishop of the Greek church may have a seat in the Senate. 4. That an alliance, defensive and offensive, be concluded between the republick and the King of Prussia. 5. That the limits be settled between Poland and Russia.
