McCUTCHEON MOVED TO HUNTSVILLE HOME

W. F. McCutcheon, young Alabaman who attempted to commit suicide last week when he fired a bullet from a large calibre pistol completely through the frontal cavity of his head, was removed Monday from the hospital here and carried to his home in Huntsville.

No plausible reason has as yet been advanced as to why the young man wished to end his life and in fact it is reported that since the act McCutcheon has said that he does not remember shooting himself at all and had no reason whatever for doing so.

The bullet severed the optic nerve and according to Dr. S. E. Wilhoit who attended him, the sight of both eyes is gone.
