Beginning of the End.—An inquisition was taken yesterday in the Sheriff's Court, against Thomas S. Hamblin, at the suit of Shepard Potter, timber merchant, to recover the amount of $82.25 for lumber furnished the theatre, for the purpose of constructing the big water tank. No opposition being set up to the claim, judgment was ordered.
