J. A. HUDSON AGAIN ELECTED
Columbia Man Heads Past Presidents of Press Association.

The Association of Past Presidents of the Missouri Press Association was entertained at dinner last evening at the home of the president, J. A. Hudson. The others present were Colonel R. M. White of Mexico; John Jacks of Montgomery City; Philip Gansz of Macon; Walter Williams of Columbia.

A telegram of regrets was received from J. West Goodwin of Sedalia, the oldest member of the association. He said that though the infirmities of age prevented his being at the meeting his spirit was as "loud and brisk as ever."

Officers were elected for the next year as follows: President, J. A. Hudson; secretary, John Jacks; treasurer, Philip Gansz. The association accepted the invitation of Dean Williams to meet with him next year. There are about twenty-eight members of the association, but many were prevented from attending on account of illness and business which detained them at the last minute.
