MILITARY MOVEMENTS

Since Friday morning last several corps of the detached militia of this state have passed through and opposite this village, on their way to the rendezvous at Waterford, from whence the whole body will probably move in the course of this or the beginning of next week.

His excellency, the commander in chief, is at Waterford.

Since the above was in type another company of artillery, from Nassau, in this county, commanded by captain St. John, also belonging to the 6th regiment, passed through this village on their way to the rendezvous—they muster between 50 and 60 men all in good health and high spirits.
