We have from Edinburgh continual Accounts of the Calamities occasioned by the late Storm in different Parts of that Kingdom : It was severely felt at Inveraray, and also at Campbeltown, where above 20 Houses were blown down, mostly belonging to his Grace the Duke of Argyle. In Campbeltown Road there were 14 Vessels, 12 whereof were put ashore ; among which, was the Charlotte of that Place. which sunk; the Crew got on the Main-top, where they continued til next Morning, and then got ashore. Several Towns in the Isle of Mull have not one House standing. In short, the Disaster is universal.
