Danish Soldiers Cross to Sweden

LONDON, April 9. (UP)—A Swedish broadcast intercepted in London today said that a company of Danish soldiers attached to the first Odense infantry had surrendered with full battle equipment to Swedish authorities, who have ordered their internment.

The Danish troops, the Swedish radio said, had crossed to Helsingborg, Sweden, on the last ferryboat operating between Elsinore, Denmark, and Helsingborg.

The Danish soldiers marched through the main square of Helsingborg and then gave themselves up to the Swedish authorities.
