"A member of the Bar," of Zanesville, publishes a draft of a bill, in the Ohio State Journal, for the repeal of the law authorizing the election of an additional Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of the Eighth Judicial District, and to distribute the salary of the said Judge among the three Judges of the District. We presume the Legislature will not do so foolish an act, but will respond to the popular wish and repeal all the acts creating additional judgeships, and save the amount of such salaries to the tax-payers.
