FARM HOME BURNED.

Sheldon, N. D., Jan. 3.--The dwelling house on the Adams & Free's farm near the Ransom county line in Sargent county, occupied by R. T. Walker, was completely destroyed by fire. The fire is thought to have started from a defective chimney.

No one was at home at the time, the family being on their way to Cogswell, the flames were discovered by the neighbors. The house was partially covered by insurance, but there was no insurance on the contents. The house will be rebuilt in the spring.
