NINTH WARD REPUBLICANS.
They Elect Officers and Endorse Pap Seeker.

The Ninth Ward Independent Republican Club met on Saturday evening last, at Bergen avenue and Montgomery street. The following officers were elected:--Thos. Mailly, president; James F. Burns, vice president; C. R. Westling, treasurer; William T. Spargo, secretary; Thos. Ainsworth, corresponding secretary; John Collins, sergeant-at-arms; M. Lyons, assistant sergeant-at-arms.

It was resolved that George Nelson be endorsed for the position of Prison Inspector. The following committee was appointed to arrange for a ball, to be held in the near future: William Spargo, C. R. Westling, Henry Reeso, James T. Burns, Hermann Grimm, John McWilliams, M. Lyons, James Doran and James Mailly.
