1. That the King of Prussia Shall direct the Military Operations in Germany in such Manner as he thinks may best answer the End of the Alliance.
2. That the Army which is to act in Westphalia, in the Territories of Hanover or Provinces adjacent, Shall be in the Pay of Great Britain, though under the immediate Command and Direction of his Prussian Majesty.
3. That the Subsidy which his Britannick Majesty and his Parliament are to pay to the King of Prussia while the War lasts, shall be 670,000 l. per Annum, for three Years certain.
4. That the two contracting Powers engage to enter upon no Negotiations of Peace, but by mutual Consent, and to act in all Things with the most perfect Confidence: the Enemies of the one Party being deemed the Foes of the other in all Respects.
