Self-Asserted Booze Runner to Be Arrested with Wife and Others.
SEATTLE, Sept. 21. - The name of Peter Marinoff, long self-asserted Pacific Northwest rum runner has been added to the list for arrest on liquor conspiracy indictments returned by the Tacoma Grand Jury.
Other indictments include Marinoff's wife, Sheriff Frank Roberts, of Lewis County and Deputies Lew Hawkins, William Coston, R. M. Fallon, former Chehalis patrolman; R. G. Ultican, head of the Aberdeen Tug Boat Company, and Capt. Vincent Miller, employee of Ultican.

Marinoff disclosed a wide scope of his liquor running activities when he appeared as a witness for the Canadian Government, a year ago, in the Beryl G. hi-jacking murders.
