BALTIMORE, November 21.

The hand of God appears to have been almost miraculously engaged in the important and decisive victory obtained by the British over the French fleet, in Aboukir bay. Had the action been fought on the open ocean, its destruction would have been no miracle, even by an inferior force ; but that all of the line and two frigates, should anchor in a close bay, alongside of a fleet, carrying 162 guns and 2440 men more than themselves, and completely capture or destroy almost the whole, is a circumstance unparalleled in the naval history of the world.. It is a victory which will waft the fame of the gallant commander to every corner of the earth, and rank the name of Nelson, (perhaps admiral lord Nile ! ) highest in the annals of British valor.
