SUCCESSFUL PARTY FOR CIVILIANS GIVEN BY P.X.

The open-house party held by the Bradley Field P.X. last week as a gesture of appreciation on the part of the Base to its civilian personnel, who have been exceptionally co-operative in such matters as bond drives, was an outstanding success. Approximately 1000 persons attended the affair which featured a free dinner for those present.

As guests of Capt. Harry K. Golin, Exchange Officer, civilian personnel were fed in four shifts from 1100 to 1400. Dinner music was provided by a unit of the Bradley Field Orchestra.
