It is reported that the Parliament is prorogued from the 26th inst. to the 20th of August. The horse and Dragoons are to be reduced to 20 men per troop. Sir James Caldwell's corps is to be disbanded; the 1st, 2d, 10th, 15th, 18th, 26th, 29th, 39th, 52d, 59th, and 62d, regiments of foot are to be reduced to 28 Men per company; the 73d, 92d, 93d, 107th, 108th, 114th, 120th, 121st, 122d, 123d, and 124th regiments are to be disbanded. One Capt. one Lieut. and one Ensign to be reduced out of each of the regiments of Foot that are to stand; Hale's dragoons are to come to Ireland.
