Republicans of Union County Take Ten Ballots to Nominate a Treasurer.

LIBERTY, Ind., May 28.—The Republicans of Union county held a harmonious delegate convention here to-day and nominated a county ticket. The following were nominated: G. W. Scott, of Eaton, for treasurer on the tenth ballot; Marion Davis, sheriff, on the seventh ballot; Dr. Moore coroner, Lee Freeman surveyor, Harrison Connaway assessor, A. F. Burt commissioner for Second district, and John W. Himelick for the Third district.
