SIDNEY LORBER PREDICTS U. S. SUPREME COURT TO GO AGAINST SEGREGATION

Sidney Lorber, Minneapolis attorney of the firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard predicted Jan. 1 that the U. S. Supreme Court will rule against enforced school segregation by race as unconstitutional this year.

Lorber, an authority of constitutional law said he did not expect the supreme court decision to be unanimous, but that he was sure the court would hold for the NAACP represented plaintiffs who seek to halt the practice of school segregation in 17 of the 48 states.
