Olivia, Minn., December 23.—The December term of district court has been adjourned until January 3, when the court cases will be taken up. The term, in all, will be one of the longest court terms ever held in Renville county. An unusual number of jury disagreements were recorded, four cases having resulted in that way and must be re-tried later. Six persons were indicted for prohibition law violations but upon trial none of the defendants was convicted.
