Working Hard For Pay-Up Campaign

The chamber of commerce committee in charge of arrangements for Pay-Up Week, November 3 to 10 urges that the entire public cooperate closely in this movement to bring about an improvement in business conditions in Nogales.

"I hope that the people of Nogales will take this matter seriously and will give the merchants their hearty cooperation," said Dave Levy, chairman of the committee, yesterday. Serving on the committee with him is S. C. Jung.

They are having window cards printed calling attention to Pay-Up Week and every merchant in the city is being asked to work with the committee to bring the matter to the attention of the public.

During the week of November 3 everyone will be urged to pay their bills and from then on to make it a habit of paying all bills before the tenth of each month.
