They write from Constantinople, that Sir Everard Fawkener and M. Kalkoen, Ambassadors from Great-Britain and Holland, were every Day expected there from Baghdad, having been wrote to by the Grand Seignior in the following Terms; That as the Circumstances of the present War had not hinder'd the Maritime Powers from continuing to give Marks of their Friendship to the Sublime Porte, his Highness desir'd their respective Ambassadors to return to Constantinople, in order to reside there as heretofore.
