DANTZICK, July 28. The Return of M. Benzel, the Prussian Agent, and Count Golowkin, the Minister from the Empress of Russia, to consult with the Magistrates on the Claims of his Prussian Majesty, has been attended with the good Effect of opening the Communications with this City, which were stopped up by the Prussian Troops, who are now withdrawn from the City and Suburbs to their Camp at Oliva. The Prussian Officers at the Receipt of Customs (except the Comptroller in the Chamber of Accounts) are removed, and every other Appearance is now favourable to the City.
