The Spanish Governor of Monte Christo received a Packet the first Day of last Month and at the Head of three or four Hundred Men declared WAR against the English. The Fort began to fire at the Shipping, on which they all got away as fast as possible out of the Reach of their Guns. A Man of War had been off the Mount, who had taken all the Craft along shore with Sugars.
