March 1. Letters from Vienna of the 13th ult. advise, that they began to entertain Hopes that the Preliminaries for a Peace between that Court and the King of Prussia, will be settled by the Beginning of April. Couriers arrive daily from Breslau; and it is said, that the King of Prussia has obtained the Consent of the Court of London to make a separate peace: But notwithstanding this, preparations are carried on with much Vigour to open the Campaign early in the Spring, in case the King of Prussia can not be brought to reasonable Terms by Negotiation.
