Mr. and Mrs. Ted Varholdt and family and Mavis Lien motored to Rugby where they visited the former's sister Saturday.

Mrs. Joseph Milhollan of Bismarck spent the past week visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Bierke.

Alfred Arneson of Jamestown arrived Sunday and is visiting friends and relatives here.

M. T. Olson and daughter Della of Driscoll visited at the Ole Spilde home Sunday evening.

Hattie Ward of Driscoll spent Saturday night and Sunday with Clara Rise.

Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Barkman, Selma Rise and Theodore Hinkel accompanied Mr. and Mrs. George Pehl Jr., to the Wells county fair held at Fessenden last week.

Ed. Nygaard, who spent the past week visiting friends at Jamestown, returned home Tuesday.

Those who transacted business at the Capital City the past week were B. N. Lien and son Waldemar, Dallas Barkman, C. M. Bjerke, H. L. Hanson, Mrs. A. H. Helgeson, Ole Vik and son George, Einar Spilde, and Ernest and Olga Rise.

Mr. and Mrs. Tilmer Lien were dinner guests at the Bud McCabe home near Tuttle Sunday.

A large crowd attended the Luther League meeting held at the Adolph Peterson home Sunday afternoon. An accordion concert was given by Willber Anders, a student of the Waldorf college at Forest City, Iowa.

Edna Eide of Wyoming visited Mrs. A. H. Helgeson Monday afternoon.
