WORCESTER, Feb. 23.

The house of Assembly of New-York, in a Committee of the whole House, agreed to the following resolutions, viz. that a Committee be appointed to consider of the requisitions of Congress of the 27th of September, and 12th of October last, that a Committee be appointed to propose and bring in a bill to encourage the manufacture of Gunpowder, Salt-petre, and Iron, within that State—And also to prepare a bill for the regulation of the Militia, and establishment of magazines—Likewise to bring in a bill for the encouragement and extension of Commerce.
