ARRAIGNED TOMORROW

Linquist Bros. File Claim for Furniture Which Was Sold Unlawfully to Second Hand Store.

A negro by the name of Robert D. Hines was arrested last night on a police warrant and tomorrow morning will be arraigned in the court of Justice John Leindecker to answer to the charge of selling mortgaged property and carrying concealed weapons.

D. E. Linquist, of Linquist Bros.' Furniture company, filed complaint that Hines had sold furniture on which the firm had a mortgage for $90.

The household goods which Hines sold illegally are said to be worth $100.

The furnishings were sold to the Holland second hand store yesterday.

A Dangerous Toy.

When searched at the police station, Hines had on him a vicious looking dirk or dagger, which resembled in many respects a huge butcher knife in a lesser degree. The handle bore the cross arms and was encased in a sheath and attached was a strap to fasten the implement of cannibalism and blackhand utensil about the waist.
